Bright Creatives — We Close the Gap Between Vision and Value.
Bright Creatives

We close the gap
between vision and value.

Stop settling for “good enough.”

You have an incredible idea.

A brand that should pop.

Artwork that deserves to be seen — not stored in a digital folder.

But the final execution — the print quality, the framing, the website vibe — falls flat.

It's frustrating.

Your vision deserves better than smudged colors and flimsy materials.

You need that gap closed — between your brilliant concept and a stunning reality that makes people pause.

It's a dumb idea to launch a great business with cheap visuals.

Section I

General & Process

High-level questions about how we work, why we're different, and what it feels like to be a client.

What is the core mission of Bright Creatives — why choose you over a generic print shop?
Our mission is to permanently close the gap between your incredible digital vision and the physical reality of the product. Generic print shops focus on volume; we focus on perfection of execution. We blend high-end artistic sensibility with industrial-grade quality printing and material science, like our Frameless Glass. You choose us because we treat your project like it's the centrepiece of our portfolio — not just another job on the assembly line.
How do you ensure colour and material quality?
We use a CMYK+ calibration process for all major prints so the printed colour matches your file as closely as physically possible. We use only premium-grade substrates — our T-shirt branding uses ink tested for 50+ washes, and our paper bags are sourced for tear-resistance, not just lowest cost. We don't sign off on a project until it meets our in-house quality standards.
Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs) for your services?
It depends on the material and method. High-setup processes like screen printing or custom nylon bags carry standard MOQs starting around 50–100 units. For unique, high-value items like frameless glass, website design, or single customised gifts, we're happy to process single-unit orders. Always ask — we accommodate all scales.
What is your process for a new project, from idea to final delivery?
1. Idea intake — submit your idea via our contact form with file size, material, and quantity. 2. Scope & quote — a quick call confirms specs and gives you a fixed quote and timeline. 3. Execution & proofing — design/file prep, a digital proof for your approval, then production. 4. Delivery — your finished product, delivered.
Do you primarily work with large businesses, or can individuals hire Bright Creatives?
We work with everyone: entrepreneurs leveraging our digital art resource for POD businesses, small businesses needing cohesive branding, individuals preserving memories with frameless glass, and large corporates ordering high-end gifts. No project is too small if the vision is big.
What are the preferred file types and resolutions for printing and design work?
For best results we prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) or high-resolution raster files (.PSD, .TIFF, .PNG) at 300 DPI or higher at final print size. If you only have a low-res image, we offer vector tracing and file prep to upscale it properly.
How long does a typical project take, and how does the timeline vary?
Small print orders (mugs, phone covers): 3–7 business days. Medium orders (T-shirts, paper bags): 10–14 business days after proof approval. Large or complex projects (signage, website design): 4–8 weeks. Frameless glass needs meticulous curing and assembly, usually 10–15 business days.
Do you handle the entire design process, or do I need to supply the final artwork?
Both. Execution only — you supply the print-ready file and we execute. Full service — you bring the concept and our in-house artists build the entire piece, from a logo for signage to a full website layout.
What is your revision and return policy if I'm not happy with the final product?
We offer one free revision on all digital proofs. If the final product deviates from the approved proof or agreed specs, we reprint at no cost. Because of the custom nature, we can't offer refunds for errors stemming from a client-approved proof — like a misspelling you missed.
Are Bright Creatives' services available internationally, or just locally?
We're based locally, but our digital services (website design, art resource) are available globally. For physical products, we focus on reliable regional shipping, and can arrange international shipping for high-value or large orders at added cost.
How do you handle shipping and protect fragile items like Frameless Glass?
Fragile items, especially frameless glass, are packed in custom-cut, high-density foam crates and marked clearly. We use reputable couriers with tracking on every shipment. Standard local shipping is included in most large quotes; express shipping is available for a fee.

Art, Framing & Display

Everything about our frameless glass, fine art prints, and framing — what makes them stunning, and how to care for them.

What's the difference between Frameless Glass and Normal Frameless?
Frameless Glass mounts the print to the back of thick, polished glass for incredible depth, colour saturation, and a floating look. Normal Frameless is a print mounted flush onto foam board or acrylic, often laminated — lighter, less expensive, matte or glossy.
What are the maximum and minimum size limitations for Frameless Glass?
We handle prints as small as 8×10 inches up to 48×96 inches. Maximum size is dictated by structural integrity and safe handling; larger pieces are usually split into a diptych or triptych.
How is the image applied to the glass for maximum durability?
We face-mount the high-resolution print to the back of the glass with optically clear adhesive, protecting it from dust, moisture, and UV while light refracts through for a luminous effect.
What kind of glass is used, and what about safety and thickness?
We use low-iron glass to eliminate the green tint of standard glass, at 3–6mm thickness depending on size — polished and tempered for safety.
How is frameless art hung, and what mounting hardware is included?
Every piece ships with a ready-to-hang float mount system — an aluminium subframe or heavy-duty D-rings, so the art floats about half an inch off the wall for a gallery effect.
Can you print on canvas before framing, and what texture options exist?
Yes — giclée printing on high-quality canvas, stretched over a hidden wooden bar (gallery wrap), sealed with matte, semi-gloss, or high-gloss varnish.
What are the care instructions for Frameless Glass?
Use a soft microfibre cloth and a non-ammoniated glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners, and keep it out of direct, intense sunlight to preserve the print underneath.
Do you offer retouching or colour grading before printing?
Yes — colour correction, contrast balancing, blemish removal, and file optimisation for your chosen material, included in full-service or available as an add-on.
What paper types are available for fine art prints?
Matte, Lustre/Satin, and Glossy archival photo papers, plus specialty fine art papers like cotton rag or watercolour paper for bespoke prints.
What is the expected lifespan and fade resistance for your prints?
We use archival-quality pigment inks, rated to last 75–100+ years under normal indoor lighting without noticeable fading. Protective glass or laminate layers further block UV.

Physical Branding & Packaging

T-shirts, bags, signage — the specs, the methods, the details.

What T-shirt printing methods do you use, and which is best for durability?
Screen printing (best durability, vibrancy, MOQs over 50), DTG (complex full-colour designs, low MOQs), and heat transfer vinyl (simple graphics or names). Screen printing, cured correctly, offers the best long-term wash resistance.
What fabric blend requirements apply to T-shirt printing?
DTG works best on 100% cotton. Screen printing can handle cotton/poly blends, tri-blends, and performance fabrics with the right ink and primer. We need the exact blend to ensure the ink cures without peeling or cracking.
What are the weight limits and durability of your Nylon and Paper Bags?
Nylon bags (D420–D600 denier) comfortably handle up to 20kg. Paper bags (150–250 GSM reinforced) safely hold 5–10kg depending on handle type and size.
What customisable features are available for custom Paper Bags?
Paper stock (Kraft, art paper, recycled), finish (matte or gloss lamination), handles (rope, twisted paper, die-cut), and print effects (spot UV, embossing/debossing).
What materials are available for high-impact Signage?
Acrylic (polished, modern), foamboard/PVC (lightweight, indoor), and aluminium composite (ACM) (durable, weather-resistant outdoor use) — matched to environment and lifespan.
Do you handle outdoor and weatherproof signage installations?
Yes. Our ACM and treated PVC are designed for outdoor use, printed with UV-cured inks and mounted with weather-rated hardware to withstand sun, rain, and humidity.
What are the wash and care instructions for branded apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent, and tumble dry on low or hang dry — this limits the heat exposure that causes vinyl and screen-print cracking.
Can you print variable data like sequential numbers or QR codes on packaging?
Yes — variable data printing (VDP) lets us add sequential numbering, promo codes, or serialised QR codes to each individual bag or pouch for tracking or campaigns.
What's the lead time for a large-batch order (500+ items)?
Typically 15–25 business days from final proof approval, covering material procurement, setup, quality-controlled production, curing, and packing. Urgent deadlines can sometimes be accommodated for a rush fee.
Do you provide a physical sample before a large production run?
For orders over roughly $1,000 or 500+ units, we strongly recommend a pre-production sample at a small cost — a final sign-off before full production begins.

Custom Gifting & Merchandise

Mugs, phone covers, pillows, pens, books — the details that make each gift memorable and durable.

What printing methods ensure long-term durability for Phone Covers and Mugs?
Phone covers use UV printing and/or sublimation for a vibrant, scratch-resistant finish. Mugs use high-heat sublimation that chemically bonds the design to the ceramic coating.
Are your custom Mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our standard ceramic sublimation mugs are 100% top-rack dishwasher and microwave safe — the ink is embedded in the coating rather than sitting on the surface.
What material, shape, and sizing options exist for Throw Pillows?
Standard square (18×18, 20×20 in) and rectangular sizes, in poly-twill, linen-feel fabric, or velvet, with a hidden zipper and optional poly-fibre insert.
How is the design positioned on Throw Pillows — full bleed or centred?
Either — full-bleed edge-to-edge wrapping, or a centred, bordered design, confirmed in the digital proof before printing.
Can you personalise each gift individually with a different name or message?
Yes — our specialty. Send a spreadsheet of names or messages and we handle variable data personalisation across mugs, pens, and phone covers for impactful corporate gifting.
What are the MOQs for personalised Pen and Book orders?
Typically 25–50 units for laser-engraved pens and digitally printed books — accessible for small teams and individual gifting.
What's the difference between engraving and printing for metal Pens?
Engraving lasers the design directly into the metal — permanent, subtle, never rubs off. Pad printing is best for colour branding, visible but slightly less durable.
What kinds of Books can be customised?
Softcover and hardcover journals, spiral-bound notebooks, corporate planners, and custom training manuals — cover art, paper quality, binding, and even printed internal pages.
How do you maintain image quality on curved surfaces like Mugs and Pens?
Specially calibrated jigs and heat presses wrap the design around the curve for mugs; specialised pad-printing pads conform to the pen's cylindrical shape for a crisp result.
Do you offer packaging, kitting, or fulfilment for gift shipments to multiple recipients?
Yes — full kitting and fulfilment: we pack your gifts, apply address labels from your spreadsheet, and ship directly to your list of clients or employees.

Digital & Entrepreneurial Resources

Website design, our exclusive digital art resource, licensing, and everything powering your online presence.

What platforms do you use for Website Design projects?
Shopify for scalable e-commerce, or WooCommerce (WordPress) for maximum flexibility — modern, robust frameworks built for speed and mobile responsiveness.
Is e-commerce, payment gateway, and inventory setup included in Website Design?
Yes, when you specify an e-commerce need — product catalogue setup, integration with Stripe and PayPal, and a basic inventory system so you can start selling on launch day.
What's the typical timeline for a complete Website Design project?
A standard site (5–8 pages) takes 4–6 weeks; a complex e-commerce build with payments and inventory usually takes 6–8 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide content and sign-offs.
How is the Digital Art Resource licensed — is it cleared for commercial use?
A commercial print-on-demand licence — use the artwork on any physical product for sale. It's non-transferable and non-exclusive, and it's not a subscription: you pay once, per design.
How often is new artwork added to the Digital Art Resource library?
A new batch of exclusive, market-tested designs releases monthly so your POD store stays fresh and on-trend.
Can I request a custom artwork theme for the Digital Art Resource?
We welcome suggestions and use subscriber feedback to shape our design calendar, though we can't guarantee every request.
Does the website package include domain registration and hosting?
We set up and connect your chosen hosting and existing domain, but ongoing hosting and domain renewal costs remain directly managed by you.
Do you provide ongoing website maintenance after launch?
A 30-day post-launch warranty covers any build-related bugs. After that, optional tiered monthly maintenance retainers cover security updates, plugin management, and performance optimisation.
What file formats are the digital art files provided in for POD use?
High-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds, typically 300 DPI at 4000×4000px or larger — the optimal format for crisp POD printing.
Can I resell the digital art files themselves on sites like Etsy?
No. The licence covers physical POD use only. Reselling or sharing the original digital file violates the terms and can result in licence revocation.
