We built Bright Creatives on trust. That means we don't treat your personal information like a free-for-all database. We only collect and use data that is necessary to fulfill your order, get your Frameless Glass delivered safely, and keep you in the loop.

1. What Data We Collect (And Why)
We collect two types of information: Personal Information (stuff that identifies you) and Non-Personal Information (stuff about how you use the site).
Identity/Contact Data
Why: Core Business Need. To process and fulfill your orders (Mugs, Signage, Website Design), communicate status updates, and send you quotes.
Examples: Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
Transactional Data
Why: Fulfillment & Accounting. We need to track what you bought and what you paid. (Note: We do not store full credit card details).
Examples: Details about payments, order history, and services purchased.
Creative Files
Why: Service Execution. We need your files to actually print your T-shirt Branding or create your Frameless Glass art.
Examples: Digital artwork, logos, photos, and design files you upload for printing.
Usage Data
Why: Optimization. We use this to figure out what's working on our website and fix what isn't. We don't link this back to your name.
Examples: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent on site.
Marketing Data
Why: Communication. If you opt-in, we use your email to send you updates about new Digital Art Resource drops.
Examples: Your preferences for receiving newsletters.
2. How We Use Your Data
To Provide and Maintain the Service: This is the most basic part—making sure the website works and your order goes through.
To Fulfill Your Orders: Processing transactions, packing Customized Gifts, and managing shipping.
To Communicate With You: Responding to inquiries, sending service updates, and giving you mandatory proofing notifications.
For Custom Design & Production: Using your supplied files to manufacture the product or build your Website Design.
For Marketing (If You Opt-In): Sending you promotional material. You can opt-out at any time.
3. Who We Share Your Data With
We never sell your data. That's not a thing we do. We only share it when absolutely necessary to deliver the service you paid for.
- Payment Processors: Services like Stripe or PayPal handle your sensitive payment information.
- Shipping & Fulfillment Partners: Your name and address go to our couriers (like FedEx, DHL, etc.) so they can deliver your items.
- Service Providers: We use external services for email delivery, website hosting, and analytics (Google Analytics).
- Legal & Compliance: If we're required by law (like a court order), we will comply.
4. Security and Retention
4.1 Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures, including encrypted connections (SSL). While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You accept this inherent risk when transacting online.
4.2 Data Retention
We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary (usually to maintain your order history for easy re-ordering) and to comply with our legal obligations (like tax rules). We retain your Creative Files until you request their deletion.

You have full control over your data. If you need something changed, just ask.

- Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link.
- Deletion: If you want your account and data deleted, contact us, and we will process the request.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately.
