Your License to Create.
This policy defines the rules for using the digital art files purchased from the Bright Creatives Exclusive Digital Art Resource. When you buy an art file, you are buying a license to use it, not the ownership of the design.

1. Ownership and Licensing Grant
1.1 IP Ownership Retention
Bright Creatives (and its supplying artists) retain 100% of all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership of every digital art file, design, pattern, and asset sold.
1.2 Grant of Commercial POD License
Upon full payment, Bright Creatives grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the digital file for Commercial Print-on-Demand (POD) manufacturing and sales.
1.3 What This License Allows
You have the right to print the file onto physical products for sale, including:
- —Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.)
- —Home Goods (Mugs, Throw Pillows, Phone Covers)
- —Physical Wall Art (Canvas prints, posters, prints for Frameless Glass)
- —Stationery and Paper Products (Flyers, Cards, etc.)
2. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute an immediate breach of this policy and termination of your license.
2.1 NO Resale of Digital Files
You may NOT under any circumstances sell, share, sub-license, rent, distribute, or transfer the digital art file itself. You cannot offer it as a "free download" or modify it and sell the modified digital file.
2.2 NO Claim of Authorship
You may NOT claim authorship or ownership of the original design.
2.3 NO Use on Competitor Platforms
You may NOT use the digital art files to promote or sell competing digital art resources or stock photo/art websites.
2.4 Trademarks and Offensive Use
You may NOT use the design to create a trademark or logo, or in any manner that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal.
3. Modifications
3.1 Permitted Modifications
You are permitted to make minor modifications solely for production purposes. This includes changing colors, resizing/cropping, or adding your own text overlays.
3.2 IP Remains with Bright Creatives
Even if you make permitted modifications, the original Bright Creatives artwork remains our property, and you do not gain copyright over the resulting derivative work.
4. Breach and Termination
4.1 Breach and Revocation
If you violate ANY term of this Digital Licensing Policy, your license is immediately and automatically revoked, without warning, and without refund.
4.2 Legal Action
Upon revocation, you must immediately cease all use. Bright Creatives reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for copyright infringement.
5. Refunds and Guarantees
5.1 No Refunds
Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital art files are final and non-refundable.
5.2 Technical Guarantee
If you experience technical issues downloading the file, please contact our support team. We guarantee the file provided will be high-resolution and suitable for printing as described.
